With her own projects, she has been working as a performer and choreographer on and off stage since 1984. She taught at drama schools for many years and still teaches in her own studio in Munich.
From ballet, modern, flamenco, mime corporel and butho, Helga Seewann found her own form of contemporary expressive dance.
